☕ PART-TIME BARISTA
We’re looking for passionate coffee professionals who can thrive in a **busy café environment and work efficiently in a small space.
MUST HAVE – BOTH POSITIONS:
✔ Café & barista experience
✔ Strong latte art skills
✔ Experience with *specialty coffee*
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a *small, fast-paced café*
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
CAFÉ MANAGER – ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Strong leadership and team management experience
✔ Ability to *adjust staff positions and rotations based on business needs*
✔ Willingness to *jump in and support the team during busy hours*
✔ Keep service running smoothly during peak periods
✔ *Inventory management and ordering*
✔ *Waste management and minimizing product waste*
✔ Maintain café cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
✔ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
