Our Steak pairs beautifully with a Tommasi Valpolicella “Ripasso.”

The w**e brings notes of ripe cherry, dark fruit and a little spice, making it a great match for our grilled steak, which we serve with house chimichurri, three cheese smashed potatoes and grilled vegetables.

What started as a dream, a lot of long days, late nights, strong coffee, and an incredible team has turned into something truly special. To our guests, our staff, our community, and everyone who’s walked through the doors of NOBLE by the sea — thank you for believing in us, cheering us on, and keeping the tables full and the laughter loud.

We may serve elevated plates, but this award is deeply grounded in the people around us.
