The market has shifted, and buyers are negotiating differently than they were even a year or two ago.

We’re seeing conditions back in offers. Financing. Home inspections. Sometimes even the sale of a buyer’s current home. That’s a big change from the peak frenzy, when offers were firm and you truly got what you got.
