The size, the lights, the ice effect, the delivery… everything had to work.

24 hours. 🥶

That’s all we had to recreate Drake’s Toronto ice blocks… in cake form. 🍰🧊

What started as a simple idea quickly turned into one of the most technically challenging projects we’ve ever taken on.

Sugar burns, structural problems, last-minute sourcing and a whole lot of stress.

And just when we thought we were done… we realized it wouldn’t fit through the door!
