As the candles flicker and conversation flows, the second course arrives.

Creamy whipped feta, crowned with roasted cauliflower and sweet roasted grapes, finished with a drizzle of decadent truffle honey, a sprinkle of flaked salt, vibrant green oil, and served alongside warm sourdough focaccia for dipping, spreading, and savouring.

A beautiful balance of sweet, savoury, earthy, and indulgent.

Every element thoughtfully composed to delight the senses and invite you to slow down, linger, and enjoy the moment.
