Hey Terrace 🌞🌞🌞
I will see you once again tomorrow from 9 to 1 at the Skeena Valley Farmers Market! Yé!!! 🎉
Going through the last minute prep things and baking.

After that, we won't see each other for two weeks since I got a workshop to attend on Saturday the 19th.

It's a good time to fill the freezer with soups! I'll have fresh AND frozen ones.
If everything goes the way I want it to, I should have...

🍂 Egyptian (chickpea curry)
🍂 Malakoff (tomato & spinach)
🍂 Carrots & Pears
🍂 Tomato & French Herbs

And hopefully a full green soup, my favorite (but aren't they all my favorites at some point?) : SPINACH 💚🍀🍃

I'll see you tomorrow for another beautiful day at the Skeena Valley Farmers Market from 9 until 1. 🌞

Got delicious soups (St-Germain, Carrots & Pears, Tomato & French Herbs + some other extras) and focaccias and loaves of bread.

The weather is slowly switching towards the official soup season... 🤭😬

Tomorrow will be my third participation to the Skeena Valley Farmers Market. 🤠

I made a new soup this week (hence the tarragon gate) and will be happy to have over 45 litres of soups for sale + focaccias and breads.

I'm looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! 🌞☔️

Terrace!!! What a wonderful first market for La Frenchette today was. It was so lovely to connect with you, existing and new customers, curious people. Lots of beautiful interactions and great sales.

Thank you so much for your trust, interest and excitement towards this beautiful journey that the soup shop is.

FYI, Charlie and I got some more of that delicious, fresh gaspacho. If you'd like some, I'll deliver. Just send me a message. 500m' is 12$ or 2x500ml for 20$.
