For a Mother's Day / Father's Day outing, I took my parents to Yummy Brunch, a totally café near Málaga. Dee-lish! I'd most highly recommend the pizza, and the sweets were wonderful, too! Including my frappucino. ❤️

McDonalds and Burger King in the same day? I'm afraid so - special occasion! Obviously, I had to try the Whopper! If you like sesame seeds on the bun, BK wins. Both buns were great though - not at all crumbly. Recommend trying once if you're in Spain!

And I will definitely take a break from fast food for awhile. 😅

Time for a stop, this time in Spain. Their menu mentions the endorsement by the Federación de Asociaciones de Celíacos de España (FACE), a mark of reassurance. I went for the triple cheeseburger - tasty, but would have been better with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. 😅 5 euros.

I decided to lunch at the second bakery that I had seen advertised here in . My mom and I both went for the smoky kraut-wich, me on GF protein bread, her on regular GF bread. Both were excellent!

While the food was great and the lady at the counter was wonderful, one bone I'd like to pick is that though it says "gluten-free bakery", they do have gluten there. It cost £1 extra to get GF bread. Just be aware. Otherwise, totally recommend!

By a sheer stroke of luck, my day in happened to be the day of their gay pride march - officially known as the Equality March or March for Tolerance (depending on translation). 🏳️‍🌈❤️

I had to run to grab delicious perogies at a nearby safe bakery () before they closed, and they were hot, and would have spilled in my backpack, so I wanted to eat them right away. I got some weird looks. , amirite?

Typically European hotel breakfast for a celiac? Don't worry, I had more fruit and veggies after this. 🤣
