At 19 Deep, our focus is straightforward: highlight the raw potential of Pacific Northwest ingredients. We build our menu—and our community—around partnerships that matter. This Kuterra trout is a prime example of that standard. Sourced from a sustainable, Indigenous-led aquaculture facility right here on the North Island.

Every plate should tell a deeper story, this is just the beginning.
