Sorry Sandra. We don’t have much demand for gluten free and as an artisan bakery, flour is our specialty. We can offer you the naked baker bar which is both gluten free and vegan. We always want people to be aware that it is made in a kitchen that bakes with flour so if you are super sensitive celiac it still may not be the right choice. I have heard that Just Pies in Penticton does some wonderful gluten free options.

A little salty, a little tangy, and made for more than just toast. 🍞

Our Kalamata Olive Sourdough starts with our Okanagan Sourdough and is filled with juicy black Kalamata olives.

Try it with pasta, turn it into a grilled cheese, dip into balsamic and olive oil or simply take a loaf home and enjoy it your way.

Twenty-one years ago, Bliss Bakery began with something much bigger than bread.

It began with a love story.

When Barry and Darci dreamed about opening a little bakery, they weren’t just hoping to make great sourdough, buttery croissants, or the perfect cup of coffee. They wanted to create a place where people would gather, celebrate, catch up with old friends, make new ones, and feel like they belonged.

Twenty-one years later… that dream has become something we could never have imagined.

Bliss has grown into the heart of Peachland and one of the Okanagan’s most beloved bakeries. We’ve been honoured to be part of your morning routines, your family traditions, your birthdays, weddings, road trips, first dates, and countless conversations over coffee.

Every loaf we’ve baked, every pastry we’ve crafted, and every smile we’ve shared has been possible because of YOU—our incredible customers, our amazing staff (past and present), our local suppliers, and this wonderful community that has supported us through every season.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in our dream and making it your own.

Here’s to 21 amazing years… and to many more mornings filled with fresh bread, great coffee, and gathering around the table together.
