Today, we’re excited to introduce Flavour Lab - a home-based artisan bakery bringing a delicious selection of homemade treats to our market!

You’ll find:

🥞 An incredibly fluffy sourdough pancake mix - perfect for a cozy breakfast over the Thanksgiving weekend
🍞 Dehydrated sourdough starter - a great way to begin your own sourdough journey and enjoy fresh homemade bread at home

My second Best Coast Market — and what a great day it was! 💥

A huge thank you to the organizers for putting together such a smooth and fun event, and to everyone who stopped by and supported Flavour Lab. I couldn’t have asked for a better market day.

Sourdough Workshop — October 3rd 🍞

Registration is now open for my next beginner sourdough workshop!

Learn to make a soft, everyday sourdough sandwich loaf from scratch — just in time to bake your own for Thanksgiving.

During the workshop, you’ll make your own dough to take home and bake, and you’ll leave with an active sourdough starter to keep you baking.

And the loaves in these photos? They’re not mine. They were baked by students after taking my workshop — many making sourdough for the very first time.
