We will be forever grateful to the Business Enterprise Centre - Grey County – Summer Company Program for believing in Jack and supporting him throughout his entrepreneurial journey. ❤️
Starting his own business, Mexican Street Corn, has been such an incredible learning experience for him. The guidance, encouragement, enthusiasm, and genuine support he received made such a difference—not only in helping him build his business, but also in giving him confidence and the opportunity to discover what he is capable of.
A HUGE Mexican THANK YOU to Courtney Miller (Business Enterprise Manager) and Royden Thomson (Business Development Coordinator), who went above and beyond to support Jack and his business every step of the way. Your encouragement, patience, enthusiasm, and belief in him meant more to our family than you know. 🇲🇽❤️
Jack has had an amazing—and very busy!—summer, filled with learning, hard work, new experiences, and lots of delicious Mexican street corn! 🌽😄 We couldn't be prouder of him.
Thank you for creating a program that truly believes in young entrepreneurs and gives them the tools, confidence, and support to turn their ideas into something real. We will always be grateful that Jack had the opportunity to be part of it! 🙏🏼❤️
Standing out in a sea of food trucks is no easy feat, but Jack found his niche with Mexican corn. As a Summer Company participant, he's attracted the attention of festival goers throughout our region with his delicious spin on traditional roasted corn. Never had Mexican corn? Find him at his next event at Summerfolk 2026 in Owen Sound and taste what you're missing!
