GARLIC

Pungent. Sensual. Inexplicable.

Garlic and rose, churned together into something nobody asked for, but Baba knew you needed.

Bold at first. Floral after. Unforgettable either way.

Like a kiss from Baba.

You’re welcome.

Come to Baba. Taste my Bouza!

ANISON

Sweet. Spiced. Unmistakable.

That unmistakable old-school anise flavour, churned into smooth, creamy Bouza with a little more swagger than your grandparents probably remember.

Old-school flavour. New-school Baba.

Come to Baba. Taste my Bouza! 😎🍦

SOURJ

Dark. Bold. Unapologetic.

Baba took Armenian coffee and turned it into Bouza. Deep, roasted and strong enough to make decaf feel personally inadequate.

Coffee strong enough to wake the ancestors.

Come to Baba. Taste my Bouza! 😎🍦

MOCHA

Roasted. Bittersweet. Indulgent.

Coffee met chocolate. Baba approved the relationship and naturally made things creamier.

Some marriages are simply meant to last.

CHOCOLATE

Deep. Velvety. Decadent.

No reinvention. No unnecessary nonsense. Just rich, full-bodied chocolate bouza done properly.

Sometimes even Baba knows when not to mess with a good thing.

ZAATAR

Yes. Zaatar ice cream.

Savoury. Earthy. Unexpected.

Baba took zaatar and put it in ice cream because apparently some traditions are meant to be respected and others are meant to be churned.

Trust Baba.

HALVA

Toasty. Nutty. Dangerous.

Rich, nutty halva turned into creamy, small-batch Bouza. Baba knew exactly what he was doing with this one.

Tahini this good should come with supervision.

Flavour Spotlight: Jallab

Lush. Floral. Seductive.

Date molasses, a kiss of rose, and enough attitude to make Jallab very comfortable in its new frozen form.

The plot thickens. So does the Bouza.

SAHLAB

Creamy. Cinnamony. Timeless.

Baba took the warmth and spice of classic sahlab and made it colder, creamier, and considerably harder to put down.

Tradition said to serve it warm. Baba disagreed.
