Chef Hari Bindra Shrestha's passion for cooking began in his childhood kitchen, where he learned traditional Nepali cuisine from his mother. Inspired by his wife, Krishna, who excels in her culinary specialties, Hari proudly embraces his role as the Italian expert.
After studying culinary arts and hotel management, Hari gained valuable experience in luxurious resorts and world-class kitchens in Dubai. Since moving to Canada in 2020, he has elevated the local dining scene with fresh flavors and a commitment to excellence.
Hari believes in teaching, guiding his staff with patience until they master his techniques. At Jerry’s Restaurant, he enjoys the freedom to innovate and regularly refresh the menu, enriching the community's dining experience. Hari's dishes weave together rich traditions and modern flair, ensuring every meal is memorable.
Embodying creativity and passion, Hari and his family are cherished members of the D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club community. Each dish tells a story, connecting his Himalayan roots with his present in Okotoks.
