We’re Hiring!

Windy City Pizza Company in Okotoks is southern Alberta’s only traditional Chicago deep dish pizza restaurant and we’re looking for an energetic person to join the kitchen team. No cooking experience is necessary, but helpful. Shifts are flexible and start at 3:30 Tuesday thru Sunday. You can pick the days, minimum 3 shifts per week. Windy City Traditional Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. For those of us who have never experienced a traditional Chicago pizza, here is a diagram showing the magic. It starts with a thin (yes, thin) layer of dough that is more like a pie dough that is draped over a 2” deep pan. Next, somewhere between a pound and a pound and a half of shredded mozzarella is loaded in, then the fresh sliced meats are layered on top and the entire masterpiece is topped with fresh, made from scratch in house sauce.
Drooling yet?
It takes approximately 45 minutes to prepare a true deep dish as they are made-to-order, but we promise it’s worth the wait! And if you don’t feel like waiting, call ahead and we’ll have it ready when you get here for dine-in or takeout. As a guide, a medium will feed 2-3 people and a large 4-5. Give us a try tonight, for a completely different pizza experience!
