Starting Tuesday, September 15, Masaki Sushi & Sake Bar will be closed every Tuesday.

Our regular hours will be 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM, Wednesday through Monday.

Something new is taking shape at Masaki. 🍶

We’re currently working on a refreshed Masaki website and a new sake project.

Behind the scenes: chefs at work, sake bottles on the table, and a talented camera crew somehow fitting an entire film studio into one private dining room. 🎥

We’re creating new ways to discover Masaki and enjoy sake—without making it complicated.

Well, this is wonderfully serious news!

Masaki Sushi & Sake Bar has been named one of OpenTable’s Top 50 Hotel Restaurants in Canada for 2026.

We are honoured.
We are grateful.
We are also still exactly the same Masaki.

Serious sushi.
A slightly unreasonable amount of sake.
Warm service.
Zero requirement to know what junmai means before walking through the door.

Please come because someone in your group said, “Let’s get sushi,” and nobody had a better idea.

We’ll take care of the rice, the fish, the sake, and the mildly obsessive attention to detail.
