It’s fun to know why fish strike at noisy lure

These lures work because they speak a language every bass understands. Inside each lure sits a small chamber of steel or glass balls that produce sound and vibration the moment it hits the water. Bass and striped bass both have a lateral line, a row of nerves running along their body that detects vibration like a sixth sense. When your lure rattles, that system fires up and tells the fish one thing: easy prey, right now.
Bass are opportunistic. They don’t pass up a wounded baitfish. And in murky water or low light, when they can barely see, that rattle attracts them. The result? More strikes. More hookups. More fish in the boat.
If you’re not throwing a rattling lure, you’re fishing quietly in a loud world. Add the rattle, cover more water, and let the fish find you.

I’m new to learning the moon phases and wanted to share
Striped bass fishing and moon phases go hand in hand. The moon controls the tides, and tides control how stripers feed. During a full moon and new moon, the gravitational pull is strongest, water moves the hardest, and stripers feed the most aggressively. Check the moon phase before every trip the same way you check the weather. Full moon and new moon are your best windows.
