Rencontrez Leigh et Nick, nos nouveaux chefs.

Leigh a travaillé dans des restaurants créatifs comme Vin Papillon et Foxy. Elle est passionnée par la cuisson au charbon et au bois.

Nick est en cuisine depuis l’âge de 14 ans. Il a travaillé dans des restaurants à gros volume, comme Joe Beef et Romies. Il a aussi un faible pour tout ce qui est italien.

Tous les deux se sont rencontrés au Joe Beef il y a une éternité. Nick faisait un stage et Leigh était à la plonge. Il leur a fallu de nombreuses années avant de former un couple, mais le moment est venu… lors d’un party d’équipe. Et la suite, vous la connaissez.

Meet Leigh and Nick, our new chefs.

Leigh has worked in creative restaurants like Vin Papillon and Foxy. She loves charcoal and wood-fired cooking.

Nick has been in kitchens since he was 14. He’s worked in fast-paced restaurants like Joe Beef and Romies. And he has a soft spot for all things Italian.

They both met at Joe Beef 1000 years ago. Nick was staging and Leigh was a dishwasher. It was many years before they became a couple, but then it happened… at a staff party, and well, the rest is history.
