Quelques mots, quelques photos, pour vous annoncer qu’à compter du 18 mai prochain, Chef Armand accrochera son tour de cou afin de se consacrer à des occupations plus douces et calmes telles que son jardin, La Ligue 1 (Allez 🇲🇨 !), sa famille et quelques voyages à la mer.
Quelle joie ce fut de partager sa passion avec vous tous et de terminer sa carrière aux cotés de sa fille et de jeunes talents aussi passionnés que talentueux, tant en cuisine qu’en salle.
D’ici-là, passez le saluer, boire un petit coup, manger une cervelle ou passer un moment à notre table.
Ce fut tout un privilège d’exercer le métier de cuisinier pendant toutes ces années. Merci à tous les curieux et fidèles clients grâce à qui tout cela a été possible ! Célébrons ensemble ce métier extraordinaire. 💫
A few words and photos to announce that on May 18, Chef Armand will fold his apron to dedicate himself to gentler occupations: his garden, his family, La Ligue 1 (Allez 🇲🇨) and travels by the sea. What a joy it has been to share his passion with you and to wrap up his career with his daughter and young talents by his side, all as passionate as talented both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Until then, stop by for a “petit coucou”, have a drink, eat calf brain, or just spend a moment at our table.
It has been a great privilege to have been in the profession of “cuisinier” for all these years. Thank you to all our intrepid and faithful customers who made all this possible. Let’s celebrate together this extraordinary profession! 💫
