- Production oversight

- Maintaining cleanliness and standards
- Ensuring production goals are met
- Ensuring staffing and labor efficiency
- Helping hit production goals
- Helping maintain staffing and labour efficiency goals
- Overseeing and participating in all baking and production processes including preparing cookie dough, baking cookies, preparing brownies and desserts, and following recipes accurately
- Ensuring consistency and quality control across all baked products and recipes
- Assisting with recipe preparation, production planning, and day-to-day kitchen operations
- Building and maintaining a positive team environment
