We made grown men cry at The Port Credit Farmers Market yesterday with our Scorpion Eating Competition! No, not real scorpions, scorpion hot peppers provided by Pepper North!

Afterwards we sampled FREE oysters provided by Chris from Half Shell Catering and learned how to shuck! Best in Mississauga!

Little Movers is BACK! Stop by the Port Credit Farmers Market on Saturday morning for Kids Fitness Classes! This is truly an all-ages event because hey, everyone loves to hula-hoop!

I'll be teaching yoga, fun & easy dance moves, strength training, AND there will be "play stations" set up in between demos!

*HUGE BONUS* Everyone who participates will get a free Swag Bag containing a $400 valued gift card for One Health Clubs! And yes, they have the best Kids Club service around!

SHOP, CHOP, & CREATE - CHEF BBQ CHALLENGE! Tomorrow at the Port Credit Farmers Market, don't miss Chef Dialo from Port 229 Artisan Bistro face off against Chef Brendan from Portland Variety! They will have 1 hour to WOW us with a unique BBQ main entree using local ingredients from the market and items from Elmwood Meats. Whose cuisine will reign supreme?! I'll be hosting the live event!
