🍽️ Welcome to Oma’s German Comfort Food Trailer 🇩🇪💛
We’re excited to share a taste of authentic German comfort food, made with love and inspired by five generations of family tradition. Our food trailer will be serving our specialties from crispy schnitzel and soft bread dumplings smothered in rich gravy, to our signature Pfannkuchen (German crêpes) filled with whipped cream and strawberries — every dish is made from the heart. Our charcuterie/snack bar can be booked for smaller events and comes fully loaded with everything from German candies and candied bacon to specialty meats and peppered jellies, and everything in between!
“Oma” (grandma) has been the soul of our kitchen for nearly 100 years, keeping our family strong and our bellies full. Her recipes — passed down through time and with a modern twist — bring warmth, flavour, and a touch of nostalgia to every plate.
Our business is family-run, locally operated, and is proudly based right here in Maple Ridge, BC. Whether you’re grabbing a meal at a festival or market, or snacking at a special event — you’ll always feel like you’re eating from Oma’s kitchen ❤️
