Our 3rd Annual Heritage Festival is almost here!

Join us October 3 & 4 for a weekend celebrating our community and the history of Arva Flour Mills.

The Mill Store & Café will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Explore local vendors in the parking lot, take a flour mill tour, enjoy live music, enjoy a baked good from the cafe, and bring the little ones to the kids’ corner. There’s plenty to enjoy throughout the weekend!

Come hungry! Our BBQ will be running from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days. If you haven’t tried one of our smash burgers yet, this is your chance!

Bring the family, grab a bite to eat, and spend some time with us at the mill. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Fall flavours have officially arrived at the Red River Cafe!

All of us at the Cafe and the Arva Flour Mill have been so excited to bring back some of our favourite flavours of the season! We may have gone a little pumpkin crazy this year!🎃

This fall, we’re featuring our house-made pumpkin spice syrup, available to add to any hot or iced coffee, along with our pumpkin rolled cake filled with cream cheese filling, pumpkin spice scones, and Dutch apple pie scones topped with butterscotch glaze.

We’re also especially excited to be partnering with Crunican Orchards this fall! We’re using their beautiful Gravenstein apples in our Dutch apple pie scones. Crisp, sweet, and perfectly tart, they’re the ideal apple for bringing that classic fall flavour to every bite.

Come enjoy a little taste of fall with us, whether that means pumpkin spice in your coffee, a freshly baked scone, or maybe both! We certainly won’t judge! ☕🍂

Good foggy morning from all of us at the Red River Cafe and the Arva Flour Mill!
Even the Great Egret decided to join us for breakfast today… we have a feeling he may have heard it’s Smash Burger Wednesday!

We’ll have the grill running from 11:30–1:30, so come by for the best lunch by a dam site!

The Arva Flour Mill and Red River Cafe will be CLOSED on Monday, August 3 for the Civic Holiday. We’ll be back to our regular hours on Tuesday, August 4, ready to welcome you back!
