Time glies by fast, we must be having fun !!

Creamy Chicken Coconut cuurry day !!

No school today, Roger will be making his signature iced coconut coffee !!

Beautifull weather is back so our free iced Vietnamese green tea is back, free to everyone, no purchase needed

A bit about our food ,

Ground pork for our springrolls is from a farm in Creston
The springrolls are fried in sunflower oil, the best in seed oils

The meats in the vermicelli bowls and rice plates are airfried not fried in oil

A lot of our greens are grown in our gardens, including most of chillies, all of the garlic, most of our lemongrass,
All of our mint and basil, most of the cilentro is picked fresh every morning

Our soups are made with flavourings like ginger, cinnamon, star anise, pepper, sea salt
No MSG is ever used

All the food is prepared with care and love

People seem surprised we offer free tea when they come to our food trailer !

When you go to a coffee shop or restaurant in VietNam, they bring you tea then take your order
It’s a great custom which we carry to our place !!
