To our amazing Sonny’s community,

We want to sincerely apologize for the experience some of you had this Good Friday. We were incredibly overwhelmed—in the best way possible—with over 700 people coming out to support us. We truly did not anticipate that level of response.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience, your kindness, and for waiting in those long lineups. It means everything to us.

We’ve learned a lot from this, and next year we will be making improvements—likely moving away from pre-orders and focusing on serving customers directly in-store in a more organized and efficient way.

We also want to clarify some confusion we’ve heard. There was another group using the Sonny’s name and charging $21.95. At the real Sonny’s, our regular price is $17.95, and we stand behind offering great prices, great service, and great food—honestly and consistently.

We’re proud to serve this community with hard work and heart, and we truly appreciate every single one of you who showed up to support us.

Thank you again for making it such an unforgettable (and very busy!) day 💛 We’ll be better prepared next time.
