Very successful turn-key business and consession trailer for sale. We have been in operation for 3 years and have met all requirements for interior health and fire and safety. The fish Stand is a 2003 30 ft Wells Cargo trailer converted into a concession trailer in 2010 with numerous upgrades since then. It has a 7ft stainless steel hood vent, with high output grease fan, full fire suppression and 100 amp powered panel with room for more breakers. The power supply runs on 30 or 50 amp plug with a 75ft power cord.
3 x 60 lbs propane tanks are mounted to the front of the trailer with a dual regulator. The trailer has a large 12 ft, 2 door service window, 3 commercial deepfryers, a 2 ft commercial refrigerated prep cooler, a 4 ft wide by 6ft tall commercial sliding glass door refrigerator, 1 stand up freezer, 2 mini fridges, 1 kegerator draught beer cooler, lots of counter tops to expedite food quickly and a whack of storage and shelving. It has a stainless steel triple sink for dishes and a double sink for hand washing. The fresh water tank is 40 gallons and Grey water holding tanks are 60 gallons, and has a 1500 watt electric water heater. The trailer will also include all inserts and utensils necessary to operate + 3 fold up picnic tables with umbrellas for your customers to sit. Debit machine and cash box included.
The sale of the business will also include all of our famous recipes and procedures that has made us the the success we are today.
