❌ Too much food.
❌ Too much beef.
❌ Not enough profit.

His exact concern:
“If you keep serving portions like this, you’re going to bankrupt yourself.”

Honestly…

When Bill picked up his order, he smiled and said:
“It’s our first time here… hope it’s good.”

I laughed and told him:
“I’m 100% sure you’ll come back.” 😄

Two hours later, he actually called the restaurant just to say:
“Thank you so much. The food was AMAZING. My whole family loved it.”

Moments like this mean everything to us. ❤️

Sometimes, a single shot can instantly make you crave a certain flavor.

The moment I saw Jensen Huang eating zhajiangmian in China—
no fancy plating,
no elaborate dishes,
just a simple bowl of noodles.

And yet, those are often the meals we remember most.
