If you want to try one of the East Coast's flagship food items but don't want to get your hands dirty, I also offer 2 lb vacuum sealed bags of frozen lobster meat, made up of claws, knuckles, and tails.

The lobster is cooked the same way, in Bay of Fundy oceanwater, processed and bagged by hand and immediately frozen at -23 deg.

It's the perfect addition to a seafood linguini or a seafood casserole. If you don't want to spend an arm and a leg for lobster rolls, this is the go-to. Ask me about the traditional (and the best) way of making lobster rolls.

I feel obligated as an East coaster to supply the West coaster's with some of our highest quality seafood at the most affordable prices.

Bay of Fundy lobster is AAA grade with the highest blood-protein count in the world. The wagyu of beef if you will..

I typically offer both live, and fully cooked whole-lobster ranging from 1 lb to 3 lb in size. Cooked lobster is boiled in Bay of Fundy oceanwater just minutes before being transported to Halifax to board a flight to Kelowna.

Fun fact: The photo of me holding the lobster was taken by National Geographic, and is still on their website today regarding a write-up on Hall's Harbour.
