Hello, dear friends.
As the snow begins to gather and the year slowly wraps itself up, I’ve been thinking about our little home on Tranquille Road — and about all of you.
When we first shared that we were opening here, many people were worried.
And when they saw our menu, they worried even more.
Fusion Asian food?
Not quite traditional, not quite familiar.
I understood the hesitation. Truly.
But then something gentle and honest happened:
You came in.
You tried our food.
You brought your family, your coworkers, your friends.
You encouraged us with your words, your smiles, your trust.
And slowly, this small place at 273 Tranquille Rd became part of your everyday life — your lunches, your comfort, your celebrations, your quiet moments.
We have felt every bit of that support.
And we are grateful in a way that’s difficult to put into words.
To our amazing staff who have stood with us from day one,
to our neighbours who greet us with warmth,
and to every guest who has opened our door this year —
thank you.
You are the reason Pantastic Grill is here today.
As 2025 comes to an end, I hope your days feel gentle and warm.
I hope your homes are filled with comfort, and that the people around you remind you of your worth.
May the season bring you rest, peace, and moments that stay in your heart.
