We would like to take a moment to clarify our gratuity policy, thank our incredible service team for everything they do each day, and share this publicly for transparency purposes.
Our restaurant applies an 18% gratuity to parties of six (6) or more. This is a standard policy that is communicated before guests are seated and is applied consistently to every qualifying group. The gratuity goes directly toward supporting our hardworking front and back-of-house service staff, who work tirelessly to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Although we are a buffet restaurant, our guests still receive table service. Our team greets and seats guests, explains the buffet, provides drink service, clears used plates throughout the meal, maintains clean tables, assists with guest requests, and ensures everyone has a pleasant dining experience. Buffet service still relies on dedicated servers working throughout your visit.
