✨ A new dish is joining our Pengrove Market menu! ✨

It’s been a little while since we introduced something new… so we thought it was time.

Introducing ผัดกะเพราหมูราดข้าว (Pad Ka Prao) — and at Imm, we have officially declared it: Thailand’s National Dish. 🇹🇭😉

No shame. No hesitation. We stand by it.

Because this is the dish many Thai people turn to when they ask themselves the daily question: “What should I eat today?”

Minced pork stir-fried with garlic, chili, and fragrant Thai holy basil, served over jasmine rice. Simple, comforting, full of flavour… and yes, there will be some heat. 🌶️

But Pad Ka Prao is not just about spice. It’s about that perfect Thai balance — savoury, aromatic, spicy, and satisfying.

There were quite a few brave souls who tried our Northern Thai sausage—and the response was overwhelmingly, "You HAVE to bring this to the market!"

So... we listened. 😄

✨ This Sunday, Sai Oua - Northern Thai sausage is our Special of the Week!

Made from a family recipe that's been passed down from my grandmother, to my mother, and now to me, Sai Oua is packed with fragrant herbs and warming spices. It's not about fiery heat—it's about layers of flavour that keep you coming back for another bite.

Served the traditional way with sticky rice.

🍗 This Week at Pengrove Market...

This week, we're bringing one of Thailand's ultimate comfort street foods: Grilled Chicken on Fragrant Jasmine Rice.

The chicken is grilled until juicy and lightly smoky, served over fragrant steamed jasmine rice, and finished with our homemade spicy ginger sauce. It's simple, comforting, and the kind of meal many Thais happily eat on repeat.

And for our die-hard grilled pork fans... don't panic. 😄

Our Bangkok-style grilled pork is back too—juicy, smoky, and ready for another round with our homemade dipping sauce.

So whether you're Team Chicken 🐔 or Team Pork 🐷 (or can't decide and bring a friend), we'll be ready for you.

The Pengrove Market is taking a pause this week — which means our grill is, reluctantly, taking a nap too.
