I know I've been quiet for a while, but I have needed some time to think and evaluate, and have unfortunately decided to close. There will always be the dream of opening a physical cafe some day in the future, but doing business in a very small, "side-business" manner is all I can manage at the moment, and that is not sustainable or affordable for me. This is only one of the factors contributing to my decision, but it's the biggest one.

Thank you all for your support and for trying out my vegan creations over the past five years. I'm so grateful for the experience, and for every one of my customers.

Our long-weekend Saturday special is a flavourful Tex-Mex "fiesta" in a bowl; spicy red quinoa taco crumbles form the base, then it's layered up with seasoned black beans, roasted sweet peppers, fresh spinach, and tomato-corn salsa. This tasty bowl will be topped with green onions, cilantro, black olives, pickled jalepeno, crushed tortilla chips, and our zesty avocado-lime dressing. Individual toppings are optional. This dish is both vegan and gluten-free.

$17 for a generous single portion. Cash at pickup or e-transfer in advance ([email protected])

Pick up is between 5 PM and 6 PM on Saturday, May 20th.

April's takeout special is one of Hannah-Lee's personal favourites, "Butter Cauliflower". This dish consists of tender cauliflower florets and marinated, pre-baked tofu simmered in a creamy, fragrant "makhani" sauce. It's served over basmati rice, and topped with coconut (non-dairy) yogurt and fresh cilantro.

$17 for a generous single portion, add naan for $2 (gluten-free upon request)

To reserve your special, message us by the morning of Friday, April 14th.

Pick up is on Saturday, April 15th, between 5 PM and 6 PM at 3071 Base Line Rd, Hilton Beach.

This Saturday's special is our flavour-explosion Pad Thai. Tender rice noodles drenched in a punchy ginger-garlic-sesame-lime-tamari sauce, topped with savoury stir-fried tofu, peppers, shredded carrots and bean sprouts. Finished off with a smattering of roasted peanuts, scallions, fresh basil, and cilantro (optional).

This dish is both vegan and gluten-free. The price is $17 for a generous single portion.

To place an order, message us by Friday morning. This dish tends to sell out, so get your orders in early. Because of "stove-top logistics" we do have a maximum number of orders that we can accept for this particular dish.

The pick up hour is between 5 PM and 6 PM at 3071 Base Line, Hilton Beach. Please state an approximate pick-up time when you place your order.

Our November Saturday special is a "Vegan Egg Roll in a Bowl". Shredded cabbage & carrot, onions, bean sprouts, and our specially seasoned and pre-baked tofu crumbles are sauteed with aromatic garlic, ginger, chilies, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. This is served over seasoned brown rice, and topped with a delicious sweet/sour/spicy ginger-sesame egg roll sauce, sesame seeds, and spring onions.

This dish is both vegan and gluten-free (we use gluten-free soy sauce)

The price is $15 for a generous single portion.

Message us by Friday morning to reserve your special and book a pick-up time.

Pumpkin Black Bean Enchiladas are on the menu for this Saturday, October 29th. This dish has a smoky, savoury filling featuring seasoned black beans, sauteed with red onion, garlic, bell peppers, and shredded kale. This is simmered in a rich pumpkin-adobo enchilada sauce, rolled into soft flour tortillas, topped with more pumpkin sauce, and baked. Each portion will be served with a topping of our homemade cashew sour cream, a squeeze of lime juice, and fresh cilantro (optional). This special is vegan and, upon request, can be made gluten-free.

$15 for a generous, single portion (2 enchiladas)
