Shortly after this act of rebellion, sympathetic Colonists and British subjects showed their support by refusing tea and drinking coffee. High society scoffed as coffee was the drink of the college intellectuals and trouble makers. You

can almost hear the rebels with a wink and a smile saying "we know". Years after the American Revolution, coffee became the choice of rebels again as Canadians demanding representative government began to openly drink their coffee to show their temper. These Canadians paved the way for Canada to become what it is today so sit back and show your status with coffee, the Rebel Elixir! Our fresh roasted coffee beans are available in Haliburton at Foodland. Wintergreen Maple Syrup and Pankcake Barn between Gelert and Lochlin serves our coffee and sell our beans. What is fresh? Recently roasted—within a month or so of the roast date (stamped on front). Grind your beans right before brewing. Use hot water just under boiling temperature. We will deliver coffee and provide a free grinder and brewer to your workplace! We will supply coffee to your event!
