First: Pork Schnitzel, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, on a warm bun topped with melted provolone, pickled red cabbage, and a delightful, crunchy mustard.
Our Feature Salad this week is a beautiful roasted beet salad, bursting with vibrant colours and flavours! The sweetness of roasted beets, a zesty lemon-dijon vinaigrette dressing, feta, pomegranate seeds and mint is both refreshing and satisfying.
