The dough is resting and so are we. Getting ready to make our first batch of lasagna on the weekend using our small batch noodles, meat sauce and three types of cheese.

Our full line of stuffed pastas will be rolled out in stages as we master each one individually 🍝

Right now we have home made gnocchi available in the frozen section.

We hope to be on their lunch menu soon 😃
