We would like to share that Panda Cuisine Restaurant will be permanently closing on July 30th, 2025.
We will continue to serve our full menu until the end of the day on July 29, 2025. Our lunch buffet will be available until Friday, July 25.

As many of you know, one of our hardworking international student staff members had their wallet stolen by a customer during their shift at our restaurant yesterday. The wallet contained not just money, but crucial documents, and banking information—items that are deeply important and not easily replaced.

We immediately reported the incident and were told an officer would be sent to investigate. However, it’s now been over 24 hours, and we’ve just been informed it could take several days before someone is assigned to this case.

With deep respect, we kindly urge our local police to prioritize this matter. This is not just a case of petty theft—it affects the safety and mental well-being of a vulnerable young person who came to Canada with hope, trust, and a dream.

We are fully prepared to cooperate—security footage is available, and staff are ready to provide statements. We just need help, and we need it now.

We sincerely thank our officers for their service, and we understand resources are stretched. But please, if there’s anything that can be done to expedite this, it would mean the world to all of us—and especially to a student who now feels unsafe in the place they work and study.

It is fine if they have no money, but they stole our staff bag and money. How those bad people everywhere in Sudbury now?
