There are so many things I wish I knew before I started selling my baking.

I thought I needed more experience. More menu items. Better photos. Perfect pricing. A bigger following. Basically… I thought I needed to have everything figured out before I was “ready.”

I didn’t.

Most of what actually built my business came from starting, taking the orders, learning as I went, adjusting, and doing it again.

And looking back, I know I would have moved so much faster if I’d had someone lay out those first steps for me instead of trying to piece everything together on my own.

This is the kind of message that makes every late night spent creating something feel completely worth it 🥹💖

She started her cookie business without feeling ready—and honestly, that part hit me the hardest.

Because almost nobody feels completely ready when they begin.

You can be talented. You can have the dream. You can know in your heart that you want to build something of your own… and still feel terrified by pricing, finances, time management, marketing and all the other pieces nobody teaches you when you learn how to bake.

Okayyyy fall flavours have officially entered the chat and I am SO excited for this lineup 😍 September is giving cozy, nostalgic, slightly over-the-top dessert energy and I am not mad about it.

Here’s what’s coming this month:

🤍 SEPT 4 — White Chocolate Pistachio
Thick, chewy cookie cake packed with white chocolate + pistachios and topped with pistachio buttercream.

🥧 SEPT 11 — Oatmeal Creme Pie
A cinnamon oatmeal cookie cake topped with classic vanilla buttercream + brown sugar crumble. Major childhood nostalgia.

🥜 SEPT 18 — Peanut Toffee Pretzel Crunch
Peanut butter cookie cake loaded with toffee bits + chocolate-covered pretzel pieces, topped with peanut butter buttercream and all the extra crunchy goodness.

🍏 SEPT 25 — Caramel Apple
A thick cinnamon apple cookie cake topped with brown sugar buttercream + caramel drizzle. Basically fall in cookie cake form 🍂
