The verdict is in!

They were all still really good??? The cookies themselves held up super well - still super soft & moist. The buttercream (especially the cream cheese buttercream on the cinnamon roll cookie cake) texture wasn’t the greatest, but that’s honestly to be expected - nothing beats fresh buttercream 🤌🏼🧁

Proof that cookie cakes withstand the freezer like a champ - even for 9 months!!!!

Tomorrow we’re gonna cut into them and see how they held up in the freezer for 9+ months 😂
