I am a personal chef, providing a full range of services for preparing dishes and drinks for events of any complexity

Let me share my journey to becoming a personal chef.

It all began in my childhood - I was born in Barnaul, Siberia. When I was just 7 years old, my parents, while going to work, would leave me alone at home. It was during this time that my love for cooking and experimenting with different ingredients blossomed, sometimes even secretly from my mother🤫

At the age of 14, my family relocated to Israel 🇮🇱
⠀
The diverse culinary cultures of the Middle East fascinated me. I consider Israel the epicenter of gastronomy!

Jewish, Arabic, African, and European cuisines converged in this region, blending their best flavors and traditions. Out of this gastronomic chaos emerged the delicious, passionate Israeli cuisine.

After completing my military service, when the time came to choose a profession, I pondered on how I wanted to spend my life 🤔
And it became clear to me that cooking was exactly what captivated me. I decided to study to become a chef and have never looked back.
While pursuing my studies, I worked at a restaurant in the heart of Tel Aviv, where I honed my skills.

Following my education, I joined the team at the renowned Turkiz restaurant on the shores of the azure sea in North Tel Aviv. Three years later, I grew and assumed the position of Chef at this restaurant, working with an amazing team for two years.

In 2018, my wife and I made the decision to move to Canada🇨🇦, where we currently reside. I plan to continue sharing my successes and experiences in Toronto through the posts on this blog.

Throughout years of practice, I have come to realize that being a chef is not just a profession, but also a true art form. I relish in creating new dishes, experimenting with natural ingredients, and playing with flavors and textures.

I value creative freedom, the opportunity to express myself, and the joy of delighting people with my culinary creations. Each day presents a new challenge, and I never cease to learn and grow in this profession.
