Save this 3-day road trip! 🤍
This is exactly how we saw some of the most beautiful places in America in just 3 days.
📍Day 1
✈️ Fly into Las Vegas in the morning or early afternoon. Pick up your rental car and drive to Page, Arizona (about 4.5 hours).
In the evening, visit Horseshoe Bend. If you don’t have enough time, save it for sunrise the next morning.
💡 Tip: In the summer, temperatures can reach 40°C (104°F). It’s very hot, sunny, and windy, so make sure to bring plenty of water, a hat, and sunscreen.

📍Day 2
If you didn’t visit Horseshoe Bend the night before, start your day there.
Next, head to Antelope Canyon. Book your tour well in advance because the morning tours sell out quickly. The morning light is the most beautiful, and it’s not as hot.
Make sure to arrive at least 45 minutes before your tour starts.
➡️ After the tour, drive to Forrest Gump Point (about 2 hours).
You only need about 30 minutes there. We had heard there would be huge crowds, but when we visited, there were very few people.
Your next stop is Monument Valley, only about 10–15 minutes away.
Here you can:
• enjoy the main viewpoints near the entrance;
• or buy a ticket and drive the scenic loop through the park.
We chose the scenic drive, and it took us about one hour.
⚠️ The roads inside the park are very rough, so I recommend driving an SUV or another vehicle with higher ground clearance.
You can also go horseback riding, book a tour with a Navajo guide, or take photos with the horses—which is exactly what I did. 🤍
After that, drive to a hotel near the Grand Canyon (about 2 hours away). Staying nearby will save you a lot of driving the next morning.

📍Day 3
In the morning, head to Grand Canyon National Park. It took us about one hour to get there from our hotel.
We spent almost half the day exploring the viewpoints, and it ended up being the most breathtaking place of our entire trip.
After lunch, drive back to Las Vegas (about 4.5 hours), return your rental car, and end your trip with a nice dinner or an evening walk along the Las Vegas Strip.
