WINDED 2026! // Last month, our annual Winded 5K raised an incredible $18,577 for REACH Child & Youth Development Society, supporting children and youth with diverse needs and their families across our community.

We were proud to co-sponsor alongside The Runinn Tsawwassen, Newman's Fine Foods, Southlands Grange, and Mark Schoeffel, as more than 300 runners and walkers took over the Southlands Red Barn for a race, a BBQ, and some well-earned post-race beers.

Huge thanks to Southlands Grange and Christine Cassano's team for hosting us, to Mark Schoeffel and iA Private Wealth for raising $8,000 on their own, and to every sponsor who pitched in - Asics, Body Energy Club, GML Mechanical, Patching Mortgage Services, Shortstop Auto, Monument Health and Physiotherapy, and Santevia.

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, volunteered, or just came out to celebrate.

The Raspberry Rhubarb Spritz has one job: taste like an unreasonable amount of fresh raspberries in the best possible way!

Bright. Juicy. Bubbly.

Suggested pairings: ocean swims, salty skin, bathing suits drying in the sun, Prince on the stereo, snacks for dinner, bare feet, and a day with nowhere else to be!

Roller and Breaker share the same philosophy. Keep the foundation familiar and let the hops lead the way.

Each release features a new hop combination, offering a fresh take on two distinct IPA styles.

Roller IV brings together Vic Secret, Galaxy and Eclipse for bright notes of pineapple, passionfruit, citrus and pine over a crisp, classic West Coast finish.

Breaker I pairs Citra, Krush and Mosaic in a Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA layered with tropical fruit, citrus and mixed berries.

The recipes stay the course. The hops keep things interesting.

Crispy, light, golden fry bread served warm with our whipped Four Winds beer cheese. Rich, airy, and ridiculously scoopable.

Apparently, chicken is our love language.

However you like it.

Crispy. Breaded. Roasted. Tossed in Caesar. Stuffed into a sandwich.

Our newest addition is the Roasted Half Chicken, available after 5 p.m. in limited quantities each day. Rossdown Farms chicken, onion jus, lemon, coleslaw and fresh-cut Kennebec fries.

DAY TRIP: TSAWWASSEN

Why we love it here, and why you probably need to make the trip.

Centennial Beach, arguably one of the most beautiful beaches in the lower mainland. Low tide, wide sky, sandbars, skimboarding, wading, wandering, all of it unfolding in that slow, endless way only this place can offer.

Keep drifting and you’ll find yourself in the Southlands, where everything opens up, farmland, bike paths, magical gardens, and quiet roads that feel like they’ve been lifted from the pages of a great summer novel. cinematic.

And nestled right in the middle of it all, Four Winds Beach House and Brewery. Food that satisfies after a day in the sun, and a long list of drinks that makes it easy for everyone to find their place.
