Statement Regarding Recent Online Statements and Harassment
To our valued customers and members of the community,
We have recently become aware of certain online statements made by a former part-time employee who was dismissed due to violations of our internal management policies. These statements have unfortunately led to harassing phone calls and abusive behavior directed at our staff.
We want to make this clear:
At Sun R Restaurant, we take both food safety and the well-being of our staff very seriously.
* Full Cooperation: We are actively cooperating with local health authorities and welcome any inspections. Transparency is the best way to demonstrate our commitment to proper standards.
* Compliance: We strictly follow all local food safety regulations. Our food preparation, storage, and sanitation procedures are handled according to required standards at all times.
* Zero Tolerance for Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, threats, or abusive language toward our staff.
Due to the recent situation, we have already begun collecting evidence of these incidents, including harassing phone calls, and we will not hesitate to pursue legal action against any individual or party responsible for defamation, harassment, or harm to our staff and business.
We respectfully ask members of the public to refrain from spreading unverified information and to treat our staff with respect.
