First attempt at an ice cream cake! Not something for sale yet, still a few test batches to go;p. This one was made lactose free so I could indulge:). Homemade vanilla and chocolate ice cream with salted caramel on top and the iconic homemade fudge layer that makes ice cream cakes oh so good!
These were personal 2 inch cakes so everyone could have their own favourite flavour of ice cream!
