Everything is baked in my home kitchen, which is not regulated by Alberta Health Services, but permitted under new AHS guidelines. Extensive cleaning is completed before the baking and decorating process. I practice a gluten free diet as I am celiac. Other common allergens may also be present, including nuts. Custom orders can be requested.
