This year, we have added some fantastic new items to our menu while still serving our classic fish and chips 🐟, homemade hamburgers, fresh cut fries, and crispy onion rings. The Knights of Columbus, St. Mary's Parish Campbellford, invite you to attend their annual Easter Fish Fry 🐟 dinner fundraiser, scheduled to take place on March 27th, 2026.
Fast Eddie's Express will once again cater the event with their amazing Fish and Chips. The event will be held in the St. Mary's school gym Campbellford where attendees can choose from dine-in or take-out options. 🚨As the weather has gotten colder, we have made the decision it's time to shut our windows for the season. We want to thank all our loyal customers for giving us another great year! We've met so many new friends and friendly faces, it sure made all the work that goes into running a food truck worth every moment.
