Good morning folks. Here is what I know about reopening the restaurant. The staff and contractors have been working hard to get it back to what we had.
Monday June 15 an electrical expert (only 1 in the province) will look at all electrical panels to make sure they meet all safety concerns.
The province electrical inspector can either agree or disagree with his report.
If both parties agree we are good to go, we get a hold of NB power to hook the power back up permanently.
At this time fridges and freezers can be plugged in and waiting for food and beverage orders to arrive.
A couple days of prepping food and we should be good to go.
I'm sure there will be some glitches but as always we will do our best to keep everything moving.
