Hi! 👋🏼🍀

On Saturday, The Paddy Wagon experienced a small fire. Thankfully, our staff responded quickly and everyone is safe.

As a result, the suppression system had to be deployed so the truck is headed out for a deep clean. We’ll be closed for a few days while everything is cleaned up and reset.

We’ll be back before you know it and can’t wait to see you again soon!

The weather outside is warming up, that means food truck season is kicking off! ☀️

You know and love the Smoke Show, our Burger Love entry for 2026! But have you tried any of our other incredible menu items yet?

A staff favourite is The Holy Cheese! Garlic griddled sour dough, every cheese we got, smoked bacon and caramelized onions puts a pretty fantastic spin on a grilled cheese!
