Today, we’re celebrating a very special milestone, Rachel’s 40th birthday! 🎉❤️ Rachel Sauvé

In 2019, Rachel and her husband Doug took a leap of faith and brought The Cork & Cast to life as a seasonal floating restaurant along Charlottetown’s waterfront.

What began as a dream and a lot of hard work has grown into something truly remarkable: a year-round restaurant on Victoria Row that has become a gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

Behind every menu, ever special event, every special feature, and every meal served with care is Rachel’s passion, creativity, and dedication. As co-owner and Executive Chef, she has poured her heart into building not just a restaurant, but a place where memories are made, celebrations are shared, and people feel welcome.

We are so grateful for everything you do and the impact you’ve had on our team, our guests, and our community.
