At Fuel Your Body (FYB), we make eating healthy simple and convenient for busy people across Prince Edward Island (PEI) and New Brunswick (NB). Our mission is to provide nourishing, ready-to-eat meals made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Whether you’re in Charlottetown, Summerside, Stratford, Cornwall, or Alberton in PEI, or in Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, Shediac, Grande-Digue, and Cap-Pelé in NB, we’ve built a network of delivery zones and pick-up fridge locations so that eating better is never out of reach. Our Story
Founder and CEO Jay Gallagher started Fuel Your Body after recognizing how many people were struggling to balance health, nutrition, and convenience. What began in PEI has quickly grown into a Maritime-wide meal prep service, helping individuals, families, and athletes fuel their days with food that’s both delicious and nutritious. What We Offer
8 rotating weekly menus with over 148+ meal options to keep variety exciting. Meals designed to support fitness goals, family lifestyles, and everyday busy schedules. Flexible pick-up and delivery so you can grab your meals at the gym, hospital, pharmacy, or fridge location closest to you — or have them brought right to your door. All meals made with halal-certified meat and a focus on fresh, wholesome ingredients. We’re more than just a meal prep company — we’re part of the PEI and NB community.
