Bergamo, one bite at a time 🇮🇹 We started with pillowy Gnocchi tossed in fragrant pesto; simple, vibrant, and exactly how it should be. Then came aperitivo hour: a spritz in hand, small bites on the table, and nowhere else to be.
Next, slow-roasted pork shank served over creamy Polenta. We moved on to Casoncelli, a true taste of the region, handcrafted, generous, and full of history in every bite.

To finish, in the city where Stracciatella ice cream was born, we had to end on the original! With a hint of chocolate gelato because why not.

This is why we travel. To connect with tradition, honour authentic flavours, and bring that experience back to our table.
