When we first posted our Thanksgiving take-and-bake menu, we were hoping to serve around 100 people. Thanks to all of your orders, we’re now cooking for 394!

Let Smokebox handle the cooking so you can spend more time with family and friends. Our Thanksgiving dinners come chilled and ready to reheat at home!

Every dinner includes:
• Smoked turkey
• Honey-Dijon roast ham
• Garlic butter mashed potatoes
• Scratch-made stuffing
• Roast root vegetables
• Turkey gravy
• Cranberry sauce
• Brioche bun & butter

🍽️ Dinner for one — $32
🍽️ Dinner for two — $60
🍽️ Dinner for 4–6 — $165
🍽️ Dinner for 8–10 — $265
Prices plus tax.

📲 Place your order online and select your pickup day.
📍 Pickup at the food truck on October 10 or October 11, from 9–11 a.m. both days.
⏰ Orders close October 8 at noon!

500 guests. Everyone served in just 40 minutes. 🔥🙌

A few highlights from last Thursday’s catering event! A huge amount of prep and teamwork goes into a dinner this size, and we couldn’t be more proud of our crew for making it happen.

Now we’re heading into another jam-packed week!

🍴 Tuesday & Wednesday: Lunch for 75 people each day for Hydro One training sessions.
💍 Friday night: Our last wedding of the season, celebrating with 90 guests Bleeks and Bergamot

📣 The food truck will be CLOSED this Friday. Alongside our wedding booking, staff have family functions to attend, and I’ll be in Toronto cheering on my son at his hockey tournament. Thanks for understanding as we balance catering, food truck life, and family time!

The food truck will be CLOSED Thursday and Friday while our crew tackles a busy catering schedule:

🍖 Thursday: Brisket and chicken dinner for 500 guests in Carp.
👨‍🍳 Friday: Cleanup, catering prep and pickup orders.
💍 Saturday: Finishing the week with a wedding in Merrickville!
