🌱 The Garlic Scapes Are Here! 🧄

If you've never tried them before, garlic scapes are the curly green flower stalks that grow from hardneck garlic. We harvest them so the plant can put all its energy into growing big, beautiful bulbs underground.

The best part? They're absolutely delicious! Their flavor is like fresh garlic with a hint of sweetness, and they're incredibly versatile.

-Chop them into stir-fries
-Toss them on the BBQ (my personal favourite)
-Add them to eggs, pasta, potatoes, or soups
-Scales freeze nicely to add variety to your veggies in the winter

Fresh, local, and only available for a short time, so don't miss out!

$5 per lb or 3lb for $12

Delivery to Medicine Hat July 6th
Delivery to Taber July 7th

Meet the Official W**d Control Department of Double G Garlic 😂. Behind every beautiful garlic patch photo we post are these two guys, are working hard behind the scenes.

Thanks for all the help, the laughs, and the many hours spent in the field. We appreciate you both 🧄🌱
